Mission Statement

To deliver flexible, knowledgeable and creative support that is profoundly person-led and informed by Disability Justice, working transparently to maximize accessibility and equitable resource allocation within the NDIS.

Ethos

At Super Plastic, we are guided by a commitment to Disability Justice and the fundamental belief that support must be person-led.

Our ethos is built on providing highly flexible and creative support solutions that are represent both practicality and long term sustainability.

We are deeply knowledgeable about the NDIS and work tirelessly to navigate its complexities, ensuring optimal resource use for each client.

We work with you to  build your self advocacy skills, and aim to have every client feeling in control and empowered to manage their plan, supports and life direction.

Every decision we make is centred on community benefit, not profit margins. Our pricing structures sit within NDIS price guides, but our unique billing model means that part of every billable hour is allocated to a community access fund that allows clients who (for whatever reason) cannot access NDIS funded supports to receive heavily subsidised or fee-free services. In this way, your NDIS funds directly assist fellow disabled clients to access the same supports as you, leaving no one behind.

We uphold transparent practices and policies in all our work, fostering trust and accountability.

Above all, we champion true accessibility, not just in physical spaces, but in information, systems, and every interaction, ensuring the support you receive is responsive, equitable, and allows you to not only survive this system but thrive.
