How We Work
Most support models focus on the participant in isolation. Ours doesn't. We work across three interconnected areas: the wellbeing of the people caring for and around a participant, the balance between challenge and overwhelm in pursuing goals, and the wider system that shapes what's actually achievable. Each shapes the others.
How These Work Together
These three areas aren't separate services. They're one system, and each depends on the others.
Ecosystem mapping tells us what's actually going on around a participant, so Challenge Balance can be calibrated to their real conditions rather than a generic plan. Challenge Balance sets a pace that's sustainable for the participant, but that pace only holds if the people around them, most often carers, aren't stretched past their own capacity. That's where Carer Wellbeing comes in: not as an afterthought, but as the thing that determines whether the rest of the plan is livable.
Miss one of these and the others tend to fail quietly. A well-mapped ecosystem with an exhausted carer stalls. A well-paced goal with no system support collapses on contact with real life. This is why we work across all three, together, from the start.
